A very Happy New Year to all our customers! Grays will reopen on January 3rd. As usual Lola and I will share the week - usually doing 3 days each. We had a very busy December and will need to dust, rearrange and restock - which I am sure will take me most of January!

Crossrail Works - 20 Sunday November, 2011
Please do not be put off by the enormous amount of building work surrounding Grays and the Mews. Most of it is Crossrail and the new Bond Street Tube Station. They are also rebuilding on the corner with South Moulton Street. All of Grays is open as usual and the entrances are not affected!

We are expanding at Grays! - 23 Tuesday August, 2011
Lola and I now have 8 cabinets in addition to the open shop space in Grays Mews. We are able to increase the wide range of items that we can display! I still have the Art Deco cabinet - which has been very popular. I have been getting very good coverage in the magazines. The Kate Moss shoot in Vogue brought in some new customers. The Lea Stein article in BBC Home and Antiques was also popular. Grays is at the moment surrounded by Crossrail building works but we are open as usual. I now have lots of followers on my Facebook page - Gillian Horsup Vintage Jewellery - so if you would like to get my blogs - click on 'like' on that page. I have started a 'Glossary' section on my web site - to explain a few words that are used - and sometime directing to another site where there is some interesting information. All my back catalogue is still being uploaded to Flickr. It takes ages! Do e-mail me if you have any questions.
