Description
This lovely Art Deco necklace was a bit of a mess when I got it. I have had to take it apart, re-order the components and add some more beads and findings. It now has the original translucent, faceted deco green glass beads and the original rondels -which have the original flat black glass pieces either side. I have added faceted black glass beads and gold tone bead caps. The necklace is now on chain and has a new clasp. Although not now original, it is symmetrical and has a unified look. (I cannot bear necklaces with the wrong number of beads so that it does not match on either side.) This particular green is one of my favourite colours. I now have to describe it as a vintage – rather than an Art Deco – necklace. It measures just over 31 inches.
