DESCRIPTION: A pair of Guinness enamelled and white metal cufflinks made by William Miller of Birmingham around 1930. Marked ‘GUINNESS IS GOOD FOR YOU’ on a black glass.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The William Miller company appeared in a trade directory in 1921 and the factory was in Birmingham. After 1935 the company changed the name to Harold William Miller (HWM). The firm was responsible for making the Robertson’s golly brooches. Marked on back GA 252 W. Miller 116 Branston Street, B’ham.

MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The condition is good for the age. A little discoloration of the white metal but the enamel is in good condition. Each glass about 1/2 tall.
