This is a Napier vintage goldtone necklace.  It consists of 5 pieces and two chains on either end.  4 of the pieces are like a curved scroll with a plain piece joined to 2 rope chains.  There is a central drop.  the 4 pieces have rings at the back to allow them to move.  (see picture of back).  There is a length of chain to use as an extender.  Maximum length 17 inches.  As with all Napier pieces, the guilding is very good.  They were known for their high quality gold plating.  Napier has become more sought after recently - especially after the publication of a new book.  Unfortunately this book is extremely heavy and I have not been able to afford to have it sent from the USA.  I hope it will become available here eventually - although it is quite an expensive book.

Ref: 2546 B122/52
