DESCRIPTION: A Monet vintage gold tone snake chain necklace with a central white enamel decoration. Probably from the 1980s.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Monet was launched in 1937. The owners wanted to create their own original designs in the finest quality but at a reasonable price. After 85 year in the business the company still exists. This necklace would – in my opinion – be great for a summer holiday. The necklace is so smooth and comfortable to wear. It coils round so is easy to pack. It fastens in the front with a popper clasp. The creamy white colour would look good in the sun! For Monet lovers the book ‘Monet – The Master Jewelers’ by Alice Vega (Schiffer) is a must!
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: It measures approx. 17 inches in length but it is a little stretchy so is not rigid and is comfortable to wear. Very good condition.
